Summary / Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Help Desk Tier II Technician to join our team at Fort Gordon, GA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

 

In this position you will:
Provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors. Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems or closely related field or equivalent years of progressive experience

 

Two years providing IT Help Desk support or equivalent education/work experience

Minimum 2 years managing/supervising Help Desk personnel, interacting with end-users / customers.

 

Ability to interact with end-users /customers, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
