Summary / Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Transition Manager to join our team in Rockville, MD to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

 

In this role you will provide team leadership ensuring a smooth transition coordinating assets, resources and processes.

 

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

Given the specific skills and experience required to manage transition as well as the expected workload of the Project Manager, the NRC has identified the need for a designated Project Manager (Transition Manager) role to address the initial transition of the services from the incumbent to the Contractor. The Transition Manager will act as the on-site coordinator and primary Government point of contact for transition and establishment of assets (if any), resources, and processes required to stand up its services for the Agency under this BPA Call.

 

In addition to the general labor category requirements, the Transition Manager is expected to possess previous experience with large-scale service and contract transition and demonstrated skill at working collaboratively with the Government to address opportunities and issues as they are identified during transition. It is expected that the requirement for this specific role will conclude upon successful conclusion of the transition period.

 

The Transition Manager shall act as the on-site coordinator and primary Government point of contact for transition and establishment of assets, resources, and processes required to stand up its support for the Agency under the resulting BPA Call.

 

 

 

 

Requirements

U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Education/Experience:  Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant work experience.
