We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Point of Sale Analyst to join our team in Falls Church, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide payments processing support for POS registers and transactions across the US. Field, recognize, analyze and resolve payment system alerts related to availability, transaction processing errors, file processing errors, vendor/host system issues, and hardware and/or network connectivity. Provide daily payments transaction, file, system and environment operating monitoring.
Provides daily status and is daily communication with the Project Manager, client POC and team stakeholders. Displays exceptional written and oral communication skills, being positive and proactive, detailed oriented and self-motivator in high pressure situations.
Ten (10) or more years with progressive federal experience in information services developing, implementing, operating, maintaining, POS, payment systems, electronic funds transfer, cloud, data warehousing, web development, applications and required tool sets with preferred experience implementing and leading a Point of Sale federal system with field operations with multiple site locations in the US in moderate to complex environments. Ten (10) or more years of POS applications and reporting expertise with in-depth knowledge of the credit industry, revenue cycles and treasury operations. Proven expertise in remote access support to provide application support, hardware/network connectivity, reporting and end user operations and maintenance.
Candidate will have extensive hands on working knowledge and expertise in POS solutions including federal hardware and software implementations and customer training. Follows checklists, project plans, and support documentation to properly configure and prepare a successful POS system. Assess customer needs and identifies potential issues and address solutions prior to issue resolution. Ability to independently configure, setup, testing and implementation of POS solution in moderate to complex environments.
Master's degree and 10 years experience or equivalent required.
