We are seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Inquiries Support Manager interested in joining our team in Baltimore, MD and exploring an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.
In this role you will direct the operation of data center providing information technology services to external and internal customers.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provides guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of achieving desired results. Establishes operating policies and procedures that affect subordinate organizational units. Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies. Accomplishes results through and acts as an advisor to subordinate managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems. Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards. Develops overall objectives and long range goals for the data center. Center typically has staff greater than 300 employees and budget greater than $60 million.
Experience managing and administrating an enterprise helpdesk operation. It is required that the Senior Inquiries Support Manager hold and maintain at a minimum an HDI – Support Center Manager Certification and at a minimum an ITIL foundation certification throughout the duration of this contract.

Bachelors and 10 years of relevant experience
