    We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Training Manager to join our team in Washington, DC, to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems. 


    Position Summary:


    In this role you will conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training materials. Develop instructor and student materials; conduct training through classroom, workshops, seminars, etc.



    • Prepares various training materials; researches, organizes, writes, edits and produces materials for use in a wide variety of complex technical training materials and publications. 
    • May require in-depth knowledge and understanding of the subject matter and allied fields. 
    • Recommends overall organization and layout, editorial standards, publications methods for training materials. 
    • Deliver training using a range of different approaches (in person, video, remote).
    • Coordinates publication with outside sources and vendors as needed. 
    • Develops training editing standards and styles. 
    • May provide work leadership for lower level employees.


    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of technical writing experience or equivalent.
    • Experience in curriculum development and delivery.
    • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of curriculum development and delivery.
