Summary / Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Office 365 Operations Support and Adoption Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC, to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with client end users to resolve incidents and problems related to Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook client
  • Answer inquiries for escalated issues
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Escalate trouble tickets in adherence to standard operating procedures to include documenting customer contact and resolution
  • Engage with vendors as necessary for escalated issues
  • Work in adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Support the DR and business continuity plans as defined
  • Develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships with the client, delivering as scheduled and budgeted 


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration services including 2+ years supporting Microsoft Office 365 enterprise environments and users or equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Must be an expert with Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Technologies, Microsoft Office predominately Microsoft Outlook, PST files, and other email client services and act as the single escalation point for issues
  • Familiar with mail hygiene services such as anti-spam, anti-virus, quarantine, etc.
  • Familiar with SAML authentication and provisioning services such as ADFS or Okta; 
  • Familiar with Mobile Device Management systems with Office 365
  • Familiar with Federal Government Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) implementation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Expressroute a plus
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Requires exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage with VIP users
  • Capacity to gain a thorough knowledge of the relevant specialty area
  • Willing to continuously update personal IT skills and knowledge
  • Some after-hours/weekend support will be required
  • Federal Government experience preferred
  • Office 365 certifications a plus
  • US Citizenship required
  • Ability to pass Government agency background check required
