We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Jr. EVM Scheduler to join our team in St. Louis, MO to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems. In this role you will support Earned Value Management, financial analysis and reporting functions.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Assist in preparing project proposals, schedules and budget.
Develop and maintain cost and schedule performance measurement baselines and assist or prepare variance analyses for Earned Value Management (EVM) requirement to the client.
Provide analysis of financial and/or resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs).
Will support the development of plans, guidance, and procedures to implement EVM metrics for the client.
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
Must have the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment with Government Program/Project Office staff and other contractors.
Must be self-motivated and take initiative to continually meet with team leads on regular basis for developing client reports.
Balance competing projects and tasks
Must be able to effectively communicate with team members including developers, project managers, product owners, and clients
Must demonstrate analytic and presentation skills; proficiency with using EVM systems software tools, such as Deltek Cobra, and have an understanding of CPM scheduling tools, such as Microsoft Project.
Have experience in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Excel, specifically with pivot tables and basic formulas.
Demonstrate analytical capability and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn and take on a multitude of new tasks.
Be a self-starter, self-motivated and self-directed.
Demonstrated ability to mentor.
Have a strong desire to succeed at this type of assignment.
Flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment.
Able to set and meet deliverable deadlines and estimates.
Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience
