We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer service oriented Performance Analyst to join our team in Augusta, GA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.
The Performance Analyst has experience in analyzing user performance needs and translating those needs into actionable and testable IT system requirements documents. Has the knowledge and experience to create test scripts that ensure thorough assessment of system performance for each defined requirement. Can evaluate performance reports and results during all phases of testing, documenting findings in formal test reports. Can trace test results to requirements and present findings in oral and written reports.
Develops and applies advanced test quality methods, theories and research techniques. Responsible for testing and maintaining web-based custom applications for the organization. Provides technical support for developed applications. Provides application software testing services and technical support typically in a defined project. Tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications. Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests, and integrates application components. Ensures that test strategy is successfully implemented. Has a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Applies a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to assignments involving complex features. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Works independently. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
