We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer service oriented VIP Services Task Lead to join our team in Arlington, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.
Duties: Serves as contractor’s single point of contact and project manager for Service Desk. Strong Customer Service experience and skills.
Serves as VIP Services Task Leader Service Delivery Contract across all CLINs. Strong proactive customer service skills. Knowledge of Pentagon and culture, military experience preferred.
Liaison between service desk operations and VIP customer’s for issues related to customer satisfaction, service desk ticket failures, and updates to process/policy changes
Review tickets to ensure consistency in documentation to standards
Actively participate and lead customer status calls
Communicate action plans to VIP customer base during outages or impact to service desk operations
Develop Strategic communications for process changes driven by both the service desk and customer environment
Support continuous process improvements to improve performance levels
Drive VIP client satisfaction on the Service Desk
Education: Must have a minimum of a B.A., B.S., in an IT related field. Experience: Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience supporting IT service desk management and managing programs with multiple and complex IT service desks of 10,000 or more customers. Qualifications: At a minimum, a Tier 3 support must have the following Qualifications:
1. IA Certification Security Plus or equivalent
2. CISSP (IA positions)
3. Computing Environment CE certificate (Not applicable for AV/VTC support)
4. Exam 640, 642, 646 Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Not applicable for AV/VTC support)
5. Help Desk Training Completed (e.g. HDI or In-house training program)
