    We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Service Delivery Project Manager with concentrated Department of Energy (DOE) experience to join our team in Reston, VA, to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

    In this role you will serve as a project management leader with accountability for delivery, technical management, plan, budget, schedule, and oversee the life cycle of software development. This role includes direct supervision of monitoring and measuring activities as part of continual service improvement that you will report to key stakeholders and executive leaders on a regular basis. You will be required to meet aggressive deadlines while managing to specific budgets. The PM will provide management oversight and guidance in the development and maintenance of program solutions providing assistance, as required, across technical, project management, and system engineering methodology domains including software development and service management. The PM will also be responsible for working with the DPM and the PMO to ensure CDRLs are addressed in a timely manner. Other responsibilities will include defining and implementing an Enterprise Architecture vision for the organization and working with project leads. The position requires strong written, verbal, and presentation skills as there will be frequent interaction with senior Government leaders, program leaders, and Unisys executive management. This is a delivery-focused role.


    Position Requirements:

    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • Bachelor of Science (or similar) college degree, preferably technical
    • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience successfully leading and growing profit and loss business with Federal agencies
    • Experience delivering at least $40M/ combined annual revenue
    • Experience managing or supervising 100+ employees
    • Certified PMP 
    • Certified ITIL expert level
    • Certified CISSP preferred not required
    • Certified Agile Scrum Master preferred not required
    • Career progression of for IT services including delivery of managed services
    • Program Management that demonstrates experience engaging with “C” level suite from CIO’s to Senior Government Program Leaders to Corporate Executives
    • An ability to build superior customer relationships and adeptly balance the needs of the customer with the goals of Unisys
    • Experience aligning architecture, engineering, technology, and innovation
    • Experience with infrastructure such as virtualization, VDI, DR, COOP, etc.
    • Experience with C&A, SAP, and RMF desired
    • Experience with ICAM desired
    • Situational awareness and the ability to identify the customer’s concerns and address those without delay
    • Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to interact effectively with employees and all levels of management in identifying and resolving complex issues
    • Experience designing and implementing program controls and processes
    • Experience managing performance SLAs and KPI
    • Experience with DOE desired
    • Experience with infrastructure and platform
    • Experience with service desk
    • Experience with cloud a plus
