We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer service oriented Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

The OCM Lead must have extensive experience in managing and coordinating work within and across technical working teams to coordinate resources among project teams. Must be an expert in analyzing and managing the introduction of new technology into end user’s working environment including impact analysis, work flow analysis and resulting process reengineering, and training staff in the purpose of and use of new technologies. Must have understanding of and experience with the creation of and/or use of cloud based resources; and with the migration of legacy systems to cloud or other virtualized deployment environments.
The OCM lead manages the CAS OCM team, overseeing all OCM requirements and deliverables, and acts as the primary technical POC for the CAS team on OCM team tasks. The OCM lead must have experience gathering, compiling, and analyzing business process data specifically as it relates to IT systems and the business systems that rely on IT; has a thorough understanding on how to identify trends, errors, and missing data. Can reliably create alternate depictions of data to identify and highlight issues. Can clearly summarize findings in summary reports, create and document to-be process benefits in graphic, narrative and oral formats.
Analyzes and evaluates major system project requirements of considerable complexity requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the system. Reviews user requirements and provides direction in the identification of problem and potential resolution. It is important distinction that the end user of CAS deliverables are not system users, but system developers, maintainers and operators. Provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of complex, multiple inter-linked systems. Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications to meet user requirements and satisfy interface problems. Formulates logical statements of user requirements and develops solutions through application of systems and methods of engineering techniques. Reviews alternate approaches and selects appropriate methodology. Addresses complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires and evaluation of often intangible factors. Reviews literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects. Recommends corrections in technical applications and analysis. Evaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
Accountable for technical contribution which result in profitable return on technical investment. Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Work checked through consultation and agreement with others rather than by formal review of superior. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve critical organizational objectives and affect the image of the organization's technological capability. Serves as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs. Acts as advisor to management on advanced technical research studies and applications. Provides leadership for lower level employees. Considered expert in field.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline and 10 years’ experience required.
Experienced with Cloud Migration Strategy, Planning, and Migration activities
Architect or developer certifications in AWS of Azure cloud technologies.
Experience delivering solutions to the Dept. of Veterans’ Affairs (VA) with major programs
