    We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Program Manager to join our team.

     

    In this role you will:

    Serve as the Program Manager for mission critical program.  The PM will provide technical oversight and guidance in the development and maintenance of complex software solutions providing assistance, as required, across engineering, project management, and agile systems development methodology domains. 

     

    Position Summary / Responsibilities:

    Responsible for leading agile teams in development of emerging capabilities such as high volume data ingestion, analytic and machine intelligence solutions, identity intelligence/biometrics, entity disambiguation, and case management solutions leveraging a microservices architecture as well as providing O&M support and enhancements to dozens of currently deployed security-sensitive systems for passenger and cargo risk assessment and targeting.

    Requirements

    Position Requirements:

    • MS degree & minimum of 15 years of related experience or equivalent
    • Familiar with development, deployment, and operations and maintenance of cloud/microservices, agile, large scale high availability systems, fast in-memory databases, management of information in various forms including semi-structured data. 
    • Experience managing large scale agile software projects and various aspects of Federal government client services programs.
    • Experience with JAVA development in different environments.
    • PMP required.  ScrumMaster certification a plus.
    • Experience working on new projects independently as well as working on maintenance tasks in a team environment.  Expected to perform all tasks in the development cycle, starting from business process definition, to development, configuration, and production support.  Good documentation and communication skills are required.
