    We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Program Administrative Specialist to join our team in Reston, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

    In this Role the candidate will assist the Unisys program management team in all Field IT Deployment (FITd) program operational tasks in a manner that allows completion of FITD objectives within the schedule, cost, quality, scope, and technical baselines as defined by the program.

    In support of the program management team, there is the need for administrative assistance with responsibility for providing general support activities, such as:
    • Scheduling conference rooms
    • Copying
    • Faxing
    • Ordering office supplies not available from Customer
    • Assisting with travel arrangements
    • Providing guidance on completing expense reports and timesheets, and
    • Updating project presentation/report files (as necessary).

    The administrative position will also be responsible for:

    • Facilitating security activities for Unisys team members, as well as supporting Subcontractors in their security activities (including required security training) and providing update support (as necessary) for various program tracking systems—including documentation, security, and change management.
    • Assisting in the preparation of management plans and various customer reports.
    • Performing analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating plans and procedures.


    Intermediate skills in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and/or SharePoint.
    Ability to work with others to develop IT support and technical documentation.
    Advanced ability to manage and monitor project schedules in MS Project or Excel.
    Perform report development and provide graphical representation of service data
    Experience with service management tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow
    Able to do some travel (<5%) around the National Capital Region or to Midwest warehousing facilities.
    Has held some level of Government Public Trust or Clearance in the past.
